Common buyer questions · Lemon Squeezers
How does a private-label lemon squeezer order work?
Pick a stock mold, send your logo artwork and target market, and we build the first article as a sales sample. Decoration, colour and packaging are quoted together so you see the full cost structure before committing to production.
Will the coating flake where the lemon acid touches it?
We specify food-grade coatings tested to FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and LFGB §30/31 for acid contact, and we tape-test adhesion on every production lot. Uncoated 304 stainless models are available for the most aggressive citrus programs.
Can you match the exact shape of a sample we already sell?
Yes — send the sample or a 3D file. We return DFM feedback in 2–3 days and cut tooling in 25–30 days. Tooling is quoted after DFM review, and mold ownership stays with you.
