Aluminum Pizza Peel with Folding Wood Handle

Specifications →Pizza and flatbread tools are a materials problem before they are a design problem: a peel has to be stiff enough to carry a loaded pie and thin enough to slide under it, and a tortilla press has to hold flat under pressure or the tortilla cooks unevenly. LeeYuen casts both in aluminum, finishes them for oven heat, and assembles wood or folding handles in-house. The range covers 8–14 inch peels, 6–8 inch presses and the dough presses that pizza chains use for consistent bases.
