What usually breaks first on a garlic press?
The hinge pin, then the basket perforations. We use a stainless pin in every model and cast the basket as one piece so there is no weld line to crack — that is why our return rate on this line stays under 1%.
Is the coating safe for daily garlic acid contact?
Yes. Food-contact coatings are tested to FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and LFGB §30/31 for acid contact, and we tape-test adhesion on every lot. For zero-coating programs we supply bare 304 stainless models.
Can you supply a 2-in-1 mincer and slicer?
Yes — the 2-in-1 body with a reversible plate is one of our best sellers for Amazon and gift channels. Custom plate geometry is available on new tooling: send the drawing and we quote the mold and the production run separately.
